Horrible experience! Not only was, and apparently even 6 months since my last visit, am I being overcharged! They couldn't "find" or have no record of an $875 payment! They coded my office visit to receive my appliance as a surgical procedure! When question I was told that is just how that is coded! No it is not! They do NOT go over your treatment plan or explain how follow up appointments go once you receive your appliance. And this is just the tip of the iceberg of my experience! Oh! And most fun was the staffing arguing with each other because they share the office with another practice.

I had an amazing experience with Dr. Michael Haddad, a TMJ specialist. I initially came to him with a dislocated jaw and didn’t even realize I had TMJ. From the very beginning, he and his staff have been incredibly supportive and professional throughout my journey. One thing that really stood out was how smoothly everything was handled on the administrative side. It was such a pleasant surprise that they accept medical insurance and take care of submitting all the claims for you. They also provide a very detailed breakdown of out-of-pocket costs before starting treatment, which made the whole process stress-free and transparent. I highly recommend Dr. Haddad to anyone dealing with TMJ or jaw-related issues.

Life Changing! I have suffered with migraines for years, several times a month. I was seeing a chiropractor every other month to adjustment my jaw to help treat the TMJ. Dr. Michael took his time with me to explain everything. I couldn’t be more excited 2 months into wearing my orthotic and only had one minor migraine. I know my TMJ wasn’t near the severity of others with a locked jaw but i can say this Definitely helps with the head, neck and jaw pain on a daily basis. Thank you for all your help

I wanted to visit this office for TMJ issues and provided my insurance information ahead of my visit. I was told the consultation and xrays would be covered 100% by my insurance. 5.5 months after my visit I received paperwork from my insurance company saying I was not fully covered by this visit after repeatedly being told by the office it would be covered. They claim they mailed me a bill 3 times, but I never received anything in the mail. DO NOT visit this office. Very bad business. Doctor also wanted me to buy a $3k plus mouthguard when a bite guard for sleep solved my issue at a fraction of the cost.
